This building should be a meetingpoint for the younger generation. It will be near a trainstation respectivly near Tröpolach. The teenagers should get a kind of responsibility for it to learn the rules of an adult generation. The architecture will give them a lot of possibilities to do that; like sportactivities outside and inside the building, as well as a lounge, a partyroom, a kitchen,........ With that offer children and youngsters should learn to take responsibility of infrastructeur and society.
